The Spanish Partido Popular (PP) has formally escalated concerns regarding the construction of the high-speed rail network (TAV) to the European Commission. Eurodeputy Borja Jiménez Abad intends to report persistent delays in the project's development within the Chartered Community of Navarre to European authorities.

As part of this initiative, the PP is demanding that the completion of the Navarrese section of the corridor be finalized by 2030. The move reflects ongoing political pressure to address infrastructure stagnation in the region and ensure the project adheres to a specific timeline for operational readiness.
