Colombia searches for over 3,000 missing after a powerful earthquake kills more than 100

A 7.4-magnitude earthquake struck Colombia on Monday, resulting in a significant humanitarian crisis. Authorities report that at least 179 people have been confirmed dead across the regions of Cali, Pereira, Choco, and Manizales.
