MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio – A Columbus man, 26 at the time, was arrested Aug. 3 outside Red Roof Inn, 17555 Bagley, after police learned he was wanted for strangulation.A woman, later identified as a 21-year-old Columbus woman, called police at about 10 p.m.
She said a hitchhiker she had picked up in Columbus had stolen her Jeep.
