The murder of the gendarme in El Palomar: the accused admitted their responsibility, but will not go to life imprisonment.

Five individuals have admitted to their involvement in the 2022 attempted robbery that resulted in the death of 55-year-old gendarme Guillermo Alfredo López in El Palomar. The defendants entered their admissions before the Oral Criminal Court No. 5 of Morón. Despite the admission of guilt, the legal proceedings have concluded that the accused will not face life imprisonment for the crime.
