Construction begins on the first temporary reception center for immigrants in Ceuta

Work has begun to establish Ceuta's first temporary migrant reception center with the adaptation and assembly of tents in the Loma Colmenar holding area. The project represents the initial site announced among new spaces designated for temporary migrant accommodation in the region.

The initiative aims to improve management and housing capacities for migrants arriving in the Spanish autonomous city. Operations commenced following the formal announcement of the sites earlier in the week.
