Digital divide, loneliness and domestic violence: the challenges for older adults in Mexico City

According to the Reporte de Personas Mayores 2025-2026 issued by the Consejo Ciudadano, thousands of older adults in Mexico City face significant challenges marked by loneliness, the digital divide, and family violence. The report highlights that these intersecting issues particularly impact women and individuals within the 60-year-old age demographic.
