Commencement of the Mid-term Capital Expenditure review of the Petroleum industry

The Independent Consumer and Competition Commission (ICCC) in Papua New Guinea has announced the upcoming commencement of the Mid-Term Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Review for the petroleum industry.

The regulatory process is designed to evaluate capital expenditures within the sector in accordance with the established regulatory framework. Fuel wholesalers and relevant industry stakeholders have been advised to prepare for and take note of the impending review process.
