Cómo registrar tu ofrenda para formar parte del Acervo Audiovisual de Día de Muertos del Centro Histórico

Mexican families annually set up altars in their homes to honor their deceased loved ones during the Day of the Dead (Día de Muertos) celebration. While these altars are typically private, many are elaborately decorated and hold cultural significance.

A new initiative allows individuals to register these family ofrendas to become part of the Audiovisual Archive of the Day of the Dead in the Historic Center (Acervo Audiovisual de Día de Muertos del Centro Histórico), preserving and documenting these traditional domestic displays.
