A Peruvian national identified as “Jhimy” has been arrested following his return to Argentina’s Villa 31. Despite being convicted and expelled from the country in 2021, the individual managed to bypass immigration controls to resume criminal operations, specifically leading a drug trafficking organization composed of women.
