Compromís demands explanations from the Valencian Government regarding the theft of the Villena Treasure: "It cannot remain silent"

The Tesoro de Villena, a collection of historical artifacts, has been stolen from the local museum (MUVI) in Alicante. The theft occurred despite the collection being housed in a 25-square-meter reinforced vault equipped with security glass, armored metal plating, and a double-sheeted metal ceiling.

In response to the incident, Verònica Ruiz, a deputy for the political party Compromís in Les Corts Valencianes, has formally requested that the regional government provide a detailed explanation regarding the circumstances of the robbery. The party is demanding that the Conselleria clarify the specific security actions taken to protect the artifacts and address the government's current silence on the matter.
