Con man who fleeced millions of dollars dies in self-declared 'kingdom'

Noah Musingku, a con man who defrauded victims out of millions of dollars through a Ponzi scheme, has died. Following his financial crimes, Musingku fled to his hometown to escape justice.

Upon returning to his home area, Musingku established a self-declared 'kingdom' where he proclaimed himself king, using his stronghold to evade the consequences of his extensive financial frauds.
