Condenan a la Sanidad de Andalucía a indemnizar con 348.600 euros a una mujer que tuvo ictus tras una cirugía: los médicos no reaccionaron ante una “previsible” complicación

The Andalusian Health Service has been ordered to pay 348,684.45 euros, plus legal interest, to a 45-year-old woman who suffered a stroke following a surgical procedure performed in 2018. The ruling concludes that medical personnel failed to respond appropriately to a complication that was deemed foreseeable.

Legal authorities determined that the lack of timely intervention by the medical team directly contributed to the patient's condition. The compensation is intended to cover the damages resulting from the post-operative medical negligence.
