Renovation of downtown St. Louis lofts wraps up with new coffee shop

Coffeestamp is now open on the ground floor of Cordovan at the Park, at 13th Street and Washington Avenue. Louis real estate investor Oliver Properties is wrapping up its $7 million renovation of the former Rudman property into Cordovan on the Park, at 500 North 13th Street.
