Corea del Sur envió su primer buque portacontenedores a través del Ártico para probar “una alternativa” a las rutas marítimas de Medio Oriente

South Korea dispatched its first test container ship through the Arctic route on Saturday. The voyage was undertaken to evaluate the Arctic passage as an alternative to traditional maritime shipping routes.

The deployment of the test vessel comes amid global shipping instability driven by the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
