Supreme Court overturns tariffs and issues refunds in the US

Following a decision earlier this year by the United States Supreme Court to invalidate the majority of certain tariffs, the U.S. administration has issued approximately 100,000 million dollars in refunds.

This development came to light through court documents accessed by the AFP on a Wednesday. The total refunded amount accounts for a significant portion, specifically noted as around six percent, of the overall financial scope documented in the judicial filings.
