Croacia condiciona entrada de Montenegro en la UE a cuestiones pendientes de la guerra

Croatia has formally established eight conditions for Montenegro's potential accession to the European Union. These requirements are primarily centered on unresolved issues stemming from the 1990s wars that followed the disintegration of Yugoslavia.
