Cross-code Kiwi star signs with NRL newbies

Former Sydney Roosters star and cross-code New Zealand international Joey Manu has signed a two-year deal with the Papua New Guinea Chiefs, a new expansion team entering the National Rugby League.

The acquisition secures a major marquee player for the newcomers as they prepare for entry into the premier rugby league competition.
