Humanitarian aid from the United States will arrive in five Cuban provinces in the coming weeks.

Financed by the United States, humanitarian aid consisting of food, hygiene products, and other supplies is scheduled to arrive in five Cuban provinces in the coming weeks. The distribution has been coordinated between the U.S. Embassy in Havana and Cáritas Cuba.

In related developments, Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel stated during a meeting that despite the severe limitations currently experienced on the island, the country can still achieve significant progress in disaster risk reduction even under the most difficult conditions.
