CUPS back on The Rock

After approximately 11 years of building its reputation on New York’s entertainment scene, CUPS returns to Jamaica for its second staging on the island, bringing its signature immersive experience to Greatness Weekend 2026. CUPS: Château Blanc takes place on Sunday, October 18, from 10:00 a m to 4:00 p m at BOJ Lawn in Kingston, offering patrons a premium blue-and-white, food-inclusive breakfast party. For promoter Tamark Bailey, Jamaica was a natural choice for a brand whose growth in New York has been strongly supported by Jamaican and wider Caribbean audiences.

“Jamaica was a natural next chapter for CUPS. Our New York audience has always included a strong Jamaican and wider Caribbean community, so the connection between the brand and Jamaica has existed from the beginning. Greatness Weekend presented the perfect opportunity to bring that connection home while introducing the CUPS experience to a broader audience,” Bailey said.

Since its inception, CUPS has evolved from a social gathering into a premium lifestyle event known for creative themes, immersive décor, fashion, music, and high-energy entertainment. Bailey said the team has deliberately elevated its production and hospitality while remaining focused on creating memorable experiences.

“Our patrons are not simply attending a party. From the moment they arrive, they enter a carefully curated environment where the décor, music, fashion, and energy work together seamlessly,” he said. That approach will be central to Château Blanc, which will feature multiple breakfast stations, striking décor, and quality entertainment.

Dr Carey Wallace, executive director at Tourism Enhancement Fund, is presented with a token by CUPS promoter Keisha Smith. “Our goal is to engage every sense. We want guests to enjoy exceptional food, connect with great people, appreciate the décor, dance to outstanding music, and leave knowing they experienced something genuinely special,” Bailey explained.

Château Blanc forms part of the four-day Greatness Weekend, which runs October 16-19 in Kingston and features a series of entertainment and lifestyle events across Heroes’ weekend.
