Cyclist 'died eight times' before getting a new heart

Cameron Butcher, a 24-year-old cyclist from Wollongong, experienced cardiac arrest and clinically 'died eight times' before successfully receiving a heart transplant.

Nearly two years following the lifesaving procedure, Butcher has reported feeling fitter than ever. He is currently preparing to compete in the upcoming Australian Transplant Games.
