NewzActor David Corenswet stars in the upcoming film 'Mr. Irrelevant,' a project currently being positioned by Paramount as an awards-season contender. The film, which follows the life of NFL player John Tuggle, was recently showcased at a screening for NFL legends in New York City.
John Tuggle was a historical figure in professional football, notably selected as the 335th pick in the 1983 NFL Draft by the New York Giants. The film’s promotional strategy draws comparisons to the biographical sports drama 'The Blind Side' as it seeks to establish Corenswet’s range beyond his role as Superman.
