Days-long Telus outage leaves Calgary residents frustrated

Hundreds of residents in Calgary have experienced a multi-day disruption to their phone, internet, and cable services, leaving the community frustrated.

According to Telus, the widespread outage, which has persisted for more than a week, was caused by thieves cutting copper telecommunications wires.
