A fourth Supreme Court Justice declines to participate in the evaluation

Judge Manuel Herrera Carbuccia, the first substitute to Supreme Court of Justice President Luis Henry Molina, has officially declined to be evaluated by the National Magistrate Council (CNM) to continue his tenure on the high court.

His withdrawal marks the fourth instance of a Supreme Court judge stepping back from the evaluation process overseen by the CNM in the Dominican Republic.
