Decomiso histórico de huachicol en Guanajuato bajo la lupa: empresa niega irregularidades y defiende operación de su terminal

Authorities in Guanajuato, Mexico, have seized approximately 59 million liters of hydrocarbon in what is being described as a historic operation against fuel theft, known locally as huachicol. The seizure has centered scrutiny on a terminal operated by Gas Natural del Noroeste, a subsidiary of Grupo SIMSA.

In response to the enforcement action, Gas Natural del Noroeste has formally denied any involvement in illicit activities. The company maintains that its terminal operations are compliant with legal requirements and has defended the legitimacy of its business practices amidst the ongoing investigation.
