Definen si en Bogotá los pagos con Bre-B tendrán o no retención en el impuesto de industria y comercio: “Está punto de cometer el mismo error”

Bogotá is currently defining whether payments made through the Bre-B system will be subject to withholding in the industry and commerce tax (ICA), a matter brought to light by a tax reform project presented in the city.

In response to the proposal, Colombia Fintech issued an alert regarding the potential inclusion of the ICA withholding on these digital transactions, warning that the city is at risk of making a significant regulatory mistake.
