However, she was impressive when beating California Crown in the Hall of Fame Stakes on July 18 over 6 furlongs (1,200m) in a snappy 1:10.2. Her biggest asset is versatility —she can press the pace from close range or settle just behind before launching her bid.
At exercise she has been very active and fit 2. CALIFORNIA CROWN: (5 ch h by Hedge Fund – Dream Big) – He is the speed in this race. California Crown is the main danger and will likely be sent to the lead.
California Crown was just beaten on the wire by Desert of Malibu over 6 furlongs on July 18, now going shorter, he might set off in front and prove hard to peg back. LINGUIST: (4 b f by Aveenu Malcainu – Bilingual) – Looks outclassed here. ANOTHER ONE: (4 b c by Aveenu Malcainu – Chintagoodaz) - If Desert of Malibu and California Crown go at each other hard up front, this is the colt who will be right behind to pick up the pieces.
RAINSVILLE: (7 gr g by Casual Trick – Fiftyshadesofray) – Finished a good second behind Dothraki over 5 ½ furlongs on August 1. Rainsville should put in another good effort here.
