Victor Cedeño Brea appointed as Superintendent of Banks

President Luis Abinader of the Dominican Republic appointed Víctor Livio Enmanuel Cedeño Brea as the new Superintendent of Banks on Monday evening. The appointment was formalized through Decree 606-26.

Cedeño Brea succeeds Alejandro Fernández Whipple in the position. The transition marks a change in leadership for the regulatory body responsible for overseeing the nation's banking sector.
