Detenidas tres personas por matar a tiros a un lince y a otros animales protegidos en Cuenca: eliminaban depredadores para aumentar el rendimiento de un coto de caza

The Spanish Guardia Civil has arrested three men, aged 50, 52, and 59, in connection with the shooting death of an Iberian lynx found in April 2026. The animal was discovered in the area bordering the municipalities of Huelves and Barajas in the province of Cuenca.
