Five individuals were detained for investigative purposes after being caught allegedly attempting to irregularly reconnect electricity to multiple apartments in the Onix 19 and 20 towers.

The incident took place at the building located on Lope de Vega Avenue in the National District. According to statements from Edesur Dominicana, the suspects were caught in the act during the unauthorized reconnection attempt.
