Separately, in the Dominican Republic, five individuals were detained by authorities for investigation following an incident at the Torre Onix 19 and 20 in the National District. According to Edesur Dominicana, the suspects were apprehended while attempting to irregularly reconnect electrical service to several apartments in the building.
