Developer Urban Spaces seeks EUR 1.3 mln for Bucharest build-to-rent project via Growceanu

Romanian residential developer Urban Spaces has launched its first public fundraising campaign to secure EUR 1.3 million for a build-to-rent project in Bucharest. The capital raised will be directed toward the development of the Urban Spaces Aviației project.

The campaign is being facilitated through the investment platform Growceanu. This initiative marks the developer's entry into public fundraising as it seeks to expand its portfolio within the local build-to-rent sector.
