DGCP aplica suspensión de registros de proveedores del Estado

The Dirección General de Contrataciones Públicas (DGCP) in the Dominican Republic suspended the State Supplier Registry (RPE) for 11 senators on its own initiative. The administrative action was executed on June 19.

The measure was implemented by the regulatory body in direct compliance with the recently enacted Law 47-25 governing public contracting.
