Dike breach in Henan floods hospital and school, 432 evacuated

A dike along the Jialu River in Zhoukou, Henan Province, breached on Thursday night following heavy rainfall and upstream flood discharge. The resulting floodwaters inundated the Fifth People’s Hospital and a local driving school, necessitating the emergency evacuation of 432 people from the affected areas.
