Police Chief outlines his position on his chain of command

The newly appointed Director General of the Dominican Republic National Police, Major General Rafael Ernesto Rodríguez García, announced on Monday that he will lead the law enforcement institution strictly in accordance with the national Constitution and its governing organic law.
