Dominican Republic achieved a double gold medal in 3x3 basketball at the Central American and Caribbean Games

The Dominican Republic secured gold medals in both the men's and women's 3x3 basketball tournaments at the XXV Central American and Caribbean Games. The competition took place at the Malecón Deportivo, located on the 30 de Mayo highway.

This performance marks a significant improvement for the nation's basketball program. In the previous iteration of the games held in El Salvador four years ago, both the men's and women's teams earned bronze medals.
