Dominican Republic achieved a double gold medal in 3x3 basketball at the Central American and Caribbean Games

The Dominican Republic secured gold medals in both the men's and women's 3x3 basketball tournaments at the XXV Central American and Caribbean Games. The matches were held at the Malecón Deportivo, located on the 30 de Mayo highway.

This victory marks a significant performance improvement for the Dominican teams. Four years prior, during the games held in El Salvador, both the men's and women's squads earned bronze medals.
