Zimbabwe: 'Don't Be Surprised Why Public Is Frowning Upon What Chivayo Represents' - Mahere Takes Aim At Tycoon's Legacy

Former Mt Pleasant legislator Fadzai Mahere has made scathing public remarks targeting the legacy of late businessman Wicknell Chivayo. The statements follow Chivayo's death last week in a helicopter crash.

The fatal crash also claimed the lives of Chivayo's wife, an aide, and two pilots. In the wake of these events, Mahere addressed the public's negative reception regarding what the tycoon's business and public persona represented.
