Congo-Kinshasa: AFC/M23, Kinshasa Agree On Roadmap to Move Peace Talks Forward

The government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the March 23 Movement (M23/AFC) have reached an agreement on a roadmap intended to advance peace negotiations. The pact includes the establishment of a formal mechanism to monitor the implementation of commitments established under the Doha Framework.
