ADDIS ABABA: THE Deputy Minister for Health, Dr Florence Samizi, has joined the Tanzanian delegation in the Walk the Talk health walk organised ahead of the 76th session of the World Health Organization (WHO) Regional Committee for Africa. The walk took place today, August 23, 2026, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, as part of activities promoting health and healthy lifestyles ahead of the meeting scheduled for August 25–28, 2026. The event brought together participants from various countries expected to attend the meeting and aimed to raise public awareness about the importance of regular physical exercise and adopting healthy lifestyles as part of efforts to prevent diseases.
