Driver turns himself in after fatal hit-and-run in Black Diamond

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is seeking a suspect in a hit-and-run that turned into a deadly shooting on Saturday night in Littleton. The driver sought in a fatal hit-and-run on Saturday has turned himself in, Black Diamond police said.
