Economía silver en la región: Chile lanza un subsidio que cubre casi la totalidad del alquiler a personas mayores

The Ministry of Housing and Urbanism in Chile is launching a new rental subsidy program targeted at older adults and individuals with disabilities. Applications for the benefit are scheduled to open in September.

The subsidy is designed to cover up to 90 percent of the monthly rental cost for eligible beneficiaries, addressing housing affordability within the growing demographic sector often referred to as the silver economy.
