Shaun Edwards finally lands England coaching role after joining Red Roses

Shaun Edwards has joined the England women’s rugby team, the Red Roses, in a short-term consultancy role. The appointment will last for the duration of the WXV Global Series. This marks the first time Edwards has held a coaching position within women’s rugby.

Edwards, a renowned defence specialist, previously served as a coach for the Wales and France men’s teams. He departed his position with the French national side in June, leaving him without a coaching role prior to this current engagement with the England setup.
