Rogelio Guerra Vásquez, alias "Jaime", was arrested in Mexico after being sought by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for nearly three decades since the late 1990s.

Prior to his capture, United States authorities had offered a reward of up to 10,000 dollars for information leading to his apprehension, reflecting the long-standing international effort to locate him for his alleged crimes.
