Eisenkot rejects claim he promised Ra'am a place in future coalition during Bedouin meeting

Gadi Eisenkot has publicly rejected claims that he promised northern Bedouin local authority heads a place for the Ra'am party in a future coalition government he might lead. The denial followed an N12 report detailing statements made by Bedouin leaders who met with Eisenkot on Tuesday.

In response to the allegations, Eisenkot released an audio recording of the meeting and maintained that the composition of a future coalition was not discussed. Meanwhile, Naftali Bennett stated that while he is running for prime minister, he will respect whoever the political bloc chooses for the role following the election.
