Argentine Medrán arrives at Emelec to replace his compatriot Nasuti on the bench

Argentine coach Ezequiel Medrán arrived in Guayaquil, Ecuador, on Thursday to assume leadership of the Emelec technical bench. He replaces fellow countryman Cristian Nasuti, who previously departed the position.

According to the club's official statements, Nasuti left his role by mutual agreement with the institution before Medrán's arrival to take over managerial duties.
