Pontón criticizes the PP's "sectarianism" in the face of Beiras' death and highlights the "affection" shown by thousands of people

On October 10, following the death of historic nationalist leader Xosé Manuel Beiras on Thursday, BNG national spokesperson Ana Pontón publicly criticized the Partido Popular (PP) in Santiago de Compostela.

Pontón accused the PP of displaying a "lack of stature" and "sectarianism" during the farewell proceedings for Beiras.
