The Democratic Center delivers humanitarian and technological aid to those affected in Chocó after the August 10 earthquake

On August 10, a devastating earthquake struck Colombia, resulting in over 330 fatalities. In the aftermath of the disaster, the country has held public vigils, including a memorial in Bogotá’s Plaza de Bolívar, to honor the victims.

As part of the ongoing recovery efforts, the Centro Democrático political party launched a relief initiative in Quibdó, the capital of the Chocó department. Through their 'Corazón Grande por la Reconstrucción' campaign, the party delivered humanitarian and technological aid to assist those affected by the seismic event.
