The General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ) appoints a judge from the Malaga Provincial Court to Melilla to reinforce the courts in Ceuta.

The Permanent Commission of the General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ) has appointed magistrate Miguel Ángel Torres Segura as a reinforcement judge for the Tribunal of Instance of Ceuta. Torres, who currently serves in the Seventh Section of the Provincial Court of Málaga with headquarters in Melilla, will provide additional support to the six existing positions within the Ceuta court's Civil and Instruction section.

This administrative measure is intended to bolster the judicial capacity of the Ceuta court. The appointment follows a formal decision by the CGPJ to address staffing needs within the region's judicial system.
