Elche CF is preparing for the 2026-27 football season by appointing Argentine coach Martín Anselmi to lead the team. The club aims to replicate the successful trajectory established by former manager Eder Sarabia.

Sarabia spent two seasons at the helm of the Alicante-based club, successfully guiding Elche to a promotion and subsequently securing their permanence in Spain's top-flight division, La Liga Primera.
