The Empire State Building lights up for the Dominican parade

On Sunday, New York City's iconic Empire State Building was illuminated in the red, blue, and white colors of the Dominican flag. The lighting marked the culmination of the 44th annual National Dominican Day Parade.

The event drew thousands of participants, referred to as Quisqueyanos, who gathered along the parade route to celebrate Dominican heritage and culture in New York.
